PLAY Project
At Full Potential we are proud to be licensed providers of the PLAY Project (Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters) and to offer this amazing intervention to families in southwest Michigan for the first time!
Teletherapy and TelePLAY services are available! Our interventions are Covid proof! No interruption in services when parents are trained to be their child’s best PLAY partner.
How Can We Help?
Full Potential Occupational Therapy services offers support for families and therapeutic interventions for children in the home setting. The home is where the child is most comfortable and acts most naturally which leads to more effective interventions. We help parents identify and utilize their child’s strengths, interests and sensory processing preferences as building blocks to help their child reach their Full Potential. Parents are coached by credentialed professionals to implement methods and techniques that are effective, fun, and useful in day-to-day interactions with their child.
What can I expect at my first Full Potential OT visit?
At the first visit, the Occupational Therapist gets to know you and your family, completes an occupational profile of your child and answers your questions.
